Aerial view of the timber lot and adjacent private and public forests. The four corners are marked with the elevation at that point: NW-4000 feet, NE-3900-4000 feet, SW-3700 feet, and SE-3800 feet. The green lines are the topographical lines which are 100 feet elevation apart. This timber lot is not large. It is however directly connected to continuous wild forests reaching some distance into British Columbia, Washington, Idaho and Montana. Its actual size is only 40 acres which translates into 16.19 hectares, 193,600 square yards, 161,874.24 square meters or 242.81 Chinese Mu.
